Be a valuable part of our team and help drive the company's success as a key member of the Level 1 Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Level 1 Service Desk:
- Provide efficient technical support to address IT issues.
- Record and log user requests meticulously.
- Initial assessment of incidents with a quick resolution attempt.
- Incident Management:
- Thoroughly track incidents, meeting service level commitments.
- Proactively update users on progress.
- Service Request Management:
- Inform users about available services with detailed guidance.
- Respond promptly to general queries and handle complaints effectively for user satisfaction.
- Supply and Installation of IT Hardware:
- Efficiently deploy and set up IT hardware across internal locations.
- Event and Asset Management:
- Monitor alerts and handle events following procedures.
- Ensure proper control of necessary assets for service delivery, maintaining accurate information.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT role.
- Bilingual in Dutch and French.
- Knowledge of network, hardware, and software (Active Directory, Citrix, SCCM, Jira Service Desk).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and complaint management skills.
- Driver's license B.
