Als Technical SupportCoordinator bij CRG, onze kraanafdeling, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breedscala aan administratief (technische) taken. Je zorgt voor een efficiënteopvolging en beheer van diverse onderdelen en systemen die cruciaal zijn voorhet operationele succes van onze kraanafdeling. De leuke collega's en hetgevarieerde pakket aan administratieve werkzaamheden zorgen voor veelvoldoening in je job

Wij zijn opzoek naar een Technical Support Coordinator om de afdeling CRG (Crane Group)binnen Sarens Projects te versterken.

Jouw toekomstig takenpakket als Technical SupportCoordinator in bullets :

Je classificeert het equipment van Sarens CRG in een ERP database. Je zorgt ervoor dat de technische documentatie up-to-date blijft in het ERP systeem. Je voert algemene inventarisatie (via QR-codes) uit voor de stock van kraanonderdelen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en inventarisatie (via QR-codes) van de containers per kraan: beheren en monitoren van de containers door een up-to-date planning voor de hele groep. Je zorgt voor tijdige keuringen van apparatuur & onderdelen en houdt de keuringsrapporten nauwkeurig bij in AX, Volt, en Sarplan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en onderhoud van Cingo's en Steel Load Spreading. Je coördineert de controle en het onderhoud van noodgroepen en stroomgroepen. Je zorgt voor het beheer en onderhoud van walkie talkies. Je inventariseert de Critical Spare Parts per kraan. Je analyseert en rapporteert gegevens van de Fleet App. Je verricht algemene administratie ter ondersteuning van de kraanafdeling. ...

In deze functie kom je terecht op de kraanafdeling vanSarens Projects en zal je rapporteren aan de Crane Group Manager.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een administratieve en organisatorischeteamspeler die gefascineerd is doorhet heavy lifting equipment en techniek in het algemeen . Je houdt ervan omdingen uit te zoeken en structuur te brengen . Je gaat graag nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk om zo kwalitatieve en overzichtelijke resultaten te kunnen boeken. Je bent een teamspeler die initiatief durf te nemen en die met zijn doenersmentaliteit wilt meebouwen aan het grotere geheel

De profielvereisten:

Bachelor (Office Management, Supply Chain Management, Elektromechanica...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring . Sterke interesse in heavy lifting sector (kranen), algemene technische kennis of bereid om technische kennis op te bouwen. Communicatief sterk: Nederlands en Engels = goede – zeer goede kennis (mondeling én schriftelijk). Vlot met de computer : MS Office, kennis van technische beheersystemen (AX, Vault, Sarplan en SAP) zijn een plus.
