Marketing & Business Development Lead

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- **Verkoopstrategie**: strategieontwikkeling, beheer en het drijven van verkoopprocessen om nieuwe klanten aan te werven
- **Content creatie**: genereren van aansprekende en relevante content zoals blog posts, social media posts, promotiemateriaal, presentaties
- **Partnerships**: identificeren, initiëren en opbouwen van partnerships met organisaties, campussen en overheidsinstellingen
- **Project management**: het beheer van projecten om een hergebruik model te introduceren voor een campusmodel inclusief beheer tijdslijnen, budget, leiden van een (extern) team in matrixorganisatie
- **Brand management** : beheer van consistente branding
- **Analyse en reporting** : analyse van de resultaten van marketingkanalen
- **Noden identificeren**: identificeren van noden van klanten om deze te integreren in de productontwikkeling en het uitwerken van oplossingen op maat van de organisatie
**Qualificaties**:
- **Duurzaamheid**: je bent gebeten om een verschil te maken en bij te dragen aan een duurzamere wereld
- **Opleiding**: Master in marketing, communicatiewetenschappen, handelswetenschappen of management.
- **Ervaring**: minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een aanverwante functie
- **Ondernemend**: je kan om met werken in een startup en neemt zelf initiatief. Je kan jezelf zelfstandig organiseren.
- **Communicatief**: je bent empathisch aangelegd en kan complexe inhoud begrijpelijk uitleggen
- **Creatief**: je bent creatief en kan innovatieve én relevant marketingmateriaal uitwerken dat resoneert met de doelgroep
- **Samenwerking**: je kan samenwerken in een multifunctioneel team en met externe organisaties. Je hebt er plezier in om te netwerken en nieuwe mensen te leren kennen.
