In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing IT processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are aligned with business goals and objectives.Key responsibilities:
- Observe, understand and model organization workflows (AS-IS).
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize processes (TO-BE).
- Leverage IT solutions to streamline and enable automation.
- Track and measure the success of process improvements.
Skills:
- Office 36
- JIRA, Trello or Confluence
- Business Process Modelling (BPMN or UML)
- Sound knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean management
- Analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Fluent English mandatory, French or Dutch preferred.
