Transport Coordinator

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de contracten met de transporteurs , de definitie van de routes en de operationele coördinatie van de externe transporteurs.
Je bent mee verantwoordelijk om de nodige processen en structuren in place te zetten om de externe transporteurs goed te informeren en te controleren op de punten waarmee zij reglementair in orde dienen te zijn ingeval van sociale inspectie.
Je coördineert de day-to-day transport operaties samen met de geselecteerde transporteurs en blijft hun aanspreekpunt voor contractuele en operationele vragen, de routes, etc.
Je beschikt over minimum 5tal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige logistieke, transport of distributie omgeving.
Je bent Nederlandstalig , met sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Frans.
Je beschikt over sterke projectmanagement en coördinatie skills .
Je beschikt over sterke relationele vaardigheden om contracten met lange termijn partners te negotiëren en op een duurzame manier te implementeren.
Je bent flexibel ingesteld qua werkplek en werkuren en bereid om u regelmatig in de nacht te verplaatsen voor de opvolging van de distributie en transporteurs van kranten die voornamelijk in de nacht operationeel plaatsvindt.
Je werkt vlot met verschillende IT systemen en MS Office applicaties (zoals onder meer ook met Excel).
Je komt terecht in een sterk gedreven transport coördinatie team die permanent streeft naar optimalisatie van processen op een duurzame manier.
Je beoefent een kaderfunctie binnen onze organisatie met een competitief salarispakket en extra-legale voordelen (zoals een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart, laptop, gsm, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering, ambulante zorgverzekering), een jaarlijkse target bonus, maaltijdcheques van 8€ per dag, ecocheques en een sectorpremie.
