ZORGEN voor klanten en collega's.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele organisatie en het personeelsmanagement tijdens jouw shift in het restaurant.

Je garandeert de tevredenheid van je klanten en aarzelt niet om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.

Tijdens jouw shift ben jij de verantwoordelijke en rapporteer je aan de assistent manager.

Samen met de assistent geef jij leiding aan een team van 15 tot 20 personen.

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je shift en de dagelijkse planning.

Uiteraard garandeer jij de naleving van de kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsnormen.
