About Our Client:
Our client, a highly reputed and international Financial Institution, is currently looking for an Event Administrator to join its team located in Brussels for a temporary mission of 4 months.
- Managing delegate registrations, addressing inquiries, and maintaining communication
- Overseeing sponsorship management to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship contracts
- Handling speaker planning and logistics, including scheduling preparation calls and managing arrangements
- Collaborating with venues, suppliers, the events team, speakers, and delegates for logistics planning
- Planning onsite logistics, such as space/room allocation, signage, and general venue setup
- Ensuring the seamless execution of all onsite events, including venue management, delegate coordination, and speaker support
- Conducting postevent followup activities with speakers, suppliers, and delegates
The Successful Applicant:
As an Event Administrator, you have the following profile:
- A first experience in event management is necessary
- At least a Bachelor degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player mindset and the ability to work into an international environment
- Solid organizational abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
