Le Service Center Prix (SCP) de Retail Partners Colruyt Group organise la stratégie des prix de plusieurs formules de magasins. En tant qu'analyste pricing, vous analysez nos tactiques et prix B2B, et formulez sur cette base des conseils d'expert en matière de prix.
En tant qu'analyste pricing, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:
Vous vous appuyez sur diverses données pour élaborer des analyses de qualité, utiles dans la gestion quotidienne et l'optimisation des prix B2B.
Vous contrôlez tous les processus et méthodes de travail de vos collègues en ce qui concerne notamment la gestion quotidienne des prix B2B ainsi que les contrôles de dépliants, et vous travaillez pour ce faire main dans la main avec eux.
Vous contrôlez et analysez chaque jour les résultats B2B opérationnels et établissez éventuellement de nouveaux rapports à cet effet.
Vous participez à de nouveaux projets ou à des projets d'amélioration visant à optimiser les rapports, outils et processus de travail existants.
Vous vous concertez régulièrement avec vos collègues du SCP, mais aussi d'autres départements au sein de l'organisation, comme les départements Achat, Vente et Marketing.
Vous assumez des responsabilités concrètes dans la réalisation des objectifs fixés en ce qui concerne notre marge du commerce de gros et de détail.
Vous travaillez à Malines et avez la possibilité de travailler jusqu'à deux jours par semaine depuis votre domicile ou l'un de nos bureaux régionaux (Haasrode, Zwijnaarde...).
Profil
Connaissances et expérience - Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier et justifiez d'au moins trois ans d'expérience dans une fonction centrée sur les analyses ou les chiffres. Vous devez impérativement maîtriser l'outil Excel et présenter un intérêt pour la distribution. Toute expérience avec d'autres outils, tels que SAP, Webi, SQL, Tableau ou Power BI constitue un atout.
Esprit analytique - Combiner les données adéquates pour parvenir à des informations précieuses vous procure de l'énergie. Vous êtes capable d'interpréter des chiffres bruts et de formuler des recommandations claires sur la base de données.
Force de persuasion - Bon nombre de vos collègues comptent sur vos conseils avisés. Vous travaillez donc avec une grande précision, donnez votre avis de manière accessible et suscitez l'enthousiasme de vos interlocuteurs grâce à votre force de persuasion.
Innovation - Vous osez chercher de nouvelles opportunités et réfléchissez à des solutions créatives.
Connaissances linguistiques - Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais professionnel et êtes ainsi en mesure de collaborer efficacement avec vos collègues et partenaires. Votre français vous sera également utile.
