Reporting to the Revenue Margin Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating commercial processes, analyzing performance data, and recommending strategic improvements to drive revenue growth and long-term profitability.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Govern the Revenue Management Dashboard, ensuring accurate reporting of pre-defined KPIs.
- Analyze sell-out data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement in pricing, promotions, and product/customer mix.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to discuss potential mitigation actions and optimize overall promotional spend.
- Support and validate annual trade terms exercises, assessing cross-border pricing risks and evaluating discount conditions.
- Advise on annual pricing reviews and conduct Brand Portfolio Pricing & Pack-Price Architecture exercises.
- Analyze current mix performance and identify opportunities for optimization based on profitability-potential analytics.
- Support continuous improvement of Revenue Margin Growth processes and tools within Alken-Maes.
Vereisten
- Have 5-8 years of commercial and analytics experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Obtained a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Possess strong strategic analytical skills with the ability to extract key insights from complex data.
- Are proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other data software; experience with Nielsen data is a plus.
- Are known for your commercial acumen with an understanding of the customer landscape and translating brand insights into actionable strategies.
- Love a high level of cross-functional cooperation, effectively partnering with sales, commercial control, and marketing teams.
- Have the ability to visually present analysis and key insights in a compelling manner, tailoring content to the audience.
