Le département Marketing est à la recherche d'un/une Strategic Intelligence & Data Manager.
Tâches
En tant que Strategic Intelligence Manager, vos objectifs seront les suivants:
- Collecter, fiabiliser et exploiter l'ensemble des ressources informationnelles afin d'analyser, en temps réel, notre environnement-métier et d'en dégager les tendances/opportunités/menaces actuelles et nécessaires à la prise de décision, dans le cadre du développement de l'entreprise. Supporter les décisions stratégiques du Groupe Herstal (FN Herstal + Browning), en lui fournissant une vision continue, qualitative et quantitative, du marché et de ses acteurs.
- Analyser et étudier les marchés de manière détaillée sur base des diverses données collectées dans le but d'appuyer les réflexions des divers interlocuteurs de l'entreprises et de détecter de nouvelles opportunités d'activités pour la FN Herstal.
- Assurer aux entités du Groupe une gestion de l'information Open Source dans leurs domaines de compétence par la mise à disposition d'un outil de veille collaborative.
**De manière plus précise, vos responsabilités seront**:
**1) Veille stratégique**:
- Manager le « Strategic Surveillant », optimiser les techniques de veille et traduire les besoins des interlocuteurs en critères de recherches pertinents ;
- Assurer la gestion de l'ensemble des outils informatiques utilisés au sein de la cellule ;
- Assurer, de manière proactive, l'amélioration continue de la composante market intelligence du marketing en tenant compte des besoins de l'entreprise.
**2) Collaborative intelligence**:
- Orienter la veille stratégique en collaboration avec les Départements FN Herstal et Browning, identifier et dégager les tendances/opportunités/menaces pour l'ensemble de l'organisation ;
- Suivre les activités des concurrents dans le cadre de la veille concurrentielle et identifier leur stratégie (activités, finance, marchés, partenaires, développement, nouvelles technologies) et leurs intentions à C/M/L terme ;
- Fournir aux différents départements des rapports pertinents (ponctuels et sur demande) sur la concurrence, l'état du marché et les évolutions futures détectables ;
- Assurer l'animation continue de la plateforme COLLIN afin d'améliorer la veille collaborative générale et spécifique aux différentes divisions du Groupe.
- Participer activement aux salons/foires/expos/conférences dans le but de suivre les tendances marchés et de connaitre la concurrence et ses intentions.
**3) Etudes stratégiques**:
- Collaborer à la réalisation des études stratégiques;
- Réaliser des analyses détaillées (finance, partenariats, relations, marchés, brevets, produits ) à la demande des Départements Marketing, R&D, Commercial, AQ, Direction Générale + Browning ;
- Prendre part à des groupes de travail (concurrence, stratégie produits) ;
**4) Veille technologique**:
- Contribuer à la recherche, l'analyse et la diffusion de brevets à la demande du département R&D.
**5) Data management**:
- Assurer la collecte, la qualification et la cohérence des différentes données relatives aux marchés
- Intégrer les données relevantes dans le Customer Resource Management (CRM)
**6) Fonction support**:
- Fournir aux Product Managers un support quantitatif pour la réalisation des business plan (marchés accessibles, opportunités de marché, parts de marché FN ) et en assurer la mise à jour continue.
