**Jouw rol in een notendop**:
Als Category Manager heb je een volledig en strategisch overzicht van de markt, en lever je onschatbare inzichten in potentiële kansen voor onze belangrijkste klanten en ons interne shopper marketingteam.
- Je geeft onafhankelijke advies aan onze belangrijkste klanten door regelmatig market/channel insights te delen, ontwikkelingen in verkooptrends te analyseren en bekende consumententrends te volgen.
- Je bent een echte sparringpartner voor onze klanten en pakt samen met hen alle kansen om categoriegroei te realiseren.
- Je bent dé planogram-expert bij uitstek.
- Je co-creëert het verhaal voor onze jaarlijkse selling stories met categoriegroei als kern, rekening houdend met zowel de klantstrategie als de strategie van Alken-Maes.
- Je deelt je markt
- en categorie-inzichten met stakeholders zoals Key Account Managers, marketing, supply chain en shopper marketing zodat we potentiële kansen niet laten liggen.

**Jij...**:

- Hebt reeds een 3-tal jaar ervaring opgebouwd in een functie waar 'analyse' hét sleutelwoord is
- Analyses zijn dan ook helemaal jouw ding
- Je stelt niet alleen vast, maar gaat ook echt op zoek naar het waarom
- Je zet inzichten graag om in de praktijk, hello tastbaar
- Je hebt een Master-diploma op zoek, wellicht in een economische richting
- Bent perfect in staat om zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans te presenteren
- Hebt vooral veel goesting om aan de slag te gaan bij Alken-Maes
