Administrative Assistant:

About the role
As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the financial support of our operations. You are responsible for following up incoming invoices, requesting credit notes and preparing invoices.

And you will be:

  • Controlling incoming invoices and sending out proof payments to our internal accounts department
  • Invoicing of the cashers and files for the day
  • Checking accruals and queries from creditors side
  • Responsible for the follow up of the weekly fuel increases on different transporters
  • Checking transport rates in collaboration with our Road Department
