Temporary Administrative Assistant

DHL Worldwide Network is in search of a Temporary Administrative Assistant for the site in Diegem. If you have a knack for handling administrative tasks, this might be the opportunity for you. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Assisting with various administrative duties.
- Providing support to the Security Filing team.
- Utilizing MS Office for a variety of tasks.
Working Hours:
1st 4 weeks: Monday to Friday shifts.
Starting from week 5: Two shifts on a rotational basis:
- Early shift from 6:00 to 14:00 with a 24-minute lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00.
- Late shift from 14:00 to 22:00 with a 24-minute dinner break between 17:00 and 18:00.
Rotational Work Schedule on Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays:
§ Shift 1: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat with a recovery day on Wed.
§ Shift 2: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Sun with a recovery day on Fri.
§ Shift 3: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri.
