- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten i.v.m. boekhouding
- Dagelijks boeken van bankuittreksels
- Zorgen voor reconciliaties tussen financiële
- en klantenrekeningen
- Opvolgen van kasverrichtingen van de verschillende sites
- Beheren en versturen van aanmaningen
- Opstellen van interne rapporten (+ maken van een analyse)
- Opmaken van diverse facturen
- Opvolgen van de incasso dossiers
**Gezocht profiel**
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
- Goede kennis van het Engels
- Ervaring met MS Office
- Zelfstandig en teamplayer
- Administratief en communicatief sterk
