Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination and project management for ITrelated implementation projects
  • Responsible for the tactical and strategical management of IT office, associated budget and service provides
  • Assure maintenance of all current IT systems to sustain operations
  • Assure availability and performance of all IT systems by working closely with external service providers and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to architecture and design work for new systems (e.g., ERP, MES, GMAO) portfolio with support to implementation plans
  • Drive improvement changes to existing systems
  • Manage key stakeholders in case of major systems changes or downtime to integrate user's requirements
  • Assure server capability is defined and plan established for integration in Azure cloud environment
  • Ensure security policies on network, infrastructure and servers are maintained according to corporate standards and policies
  • Ensure measurements are done according to agreed standards, data points and frequency

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • You have at least 10 years' experience
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
  • Project Management skills along with good communications skills, written and verbal
  • Experience of manufacturing execution systems and plant automation.
  • Handson and a model of 'lead by example'.
  • Ability to implement solutions and manage task with autonomy
  • People Management/Development Capability
  • Strong 'Cando' Mindset
  • Knowledge of IT systems (ERP, MES, GMAO);
  • Main technologies under your responsibility include Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX2012), AP, MP2, Vivaldi, PLM-Interspec, Nicelabel, Power BI etc.
