**De job in een notendop**

Als expert van het domein beschik je over de volgende kennis en vaardigheden:

- een uitstekende kennis en end-to-end zicht op de domeinprocessen
- Project Management: optimaliseren van processen en implementeren van oplossingen
- Bijstaan van de Manager in verschillende taken: dossiers, reporting, audit, Incident Mngt
- Vertegenwoordig je het betalingsdomein zowel intern als extern
- Neem je deel aan de verschillende permanenties van de afdeling (Payments, Wealth, IP ) en de Target Days

Als people manager heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je assisteert de manager bij het dagelijks beheer van het team
- Je treedt op als vervanger van de manager tijdens zijn of haar afwezigheid

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- een masterdiploma.
- kennis van de betalingen of bereid om aan te leren. Je bestrijdt graag de financiering van activiteiten die onderhevig zijn aan sancties of embargo's.
- Leadership: aansturen van de medewerkers
- goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden en bent besluitvaardig en consequent
- een analytische en kritische geest
- Klantgericht (intern - extern) en digitaal georiënteerd

Je scoort extra met:

- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans) en een goede kennis van het Engels
- Teamspirit
- Flexibele mindset
