**Functie**:
Samen met een rechtstreekse collega vormen jullie het sales support team en maak je deel uit van het ganse team Imaging Supplies dat instaat voor de verkoop van papier en andere media voor zowel klein-formaat multi-functionals en printers als voor grootformaat technische en grafische printers. Met meer dan 2.500 artikelen hebben we een ruim aanbod voor zowel kantoortoepassingen als grafische toepassingen. Om onze verdere groei te realiseren zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en klantgerichte Sales & Customer Support medewerker.

**Je missie**

De voornaamste taken zijn het verwerken van bestellingen, het ondersteunen van het verkoopproces, het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en het bieden van algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan het sales team. Het is een belangrijke rol in onze organisatie, je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen en offertes soepel worden afgehandeld en klanten tevreden zijn

**Verantwoordelijkheden & taken**
- Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen, het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en klachtenafhandeling die je ontvangt zowel per mail als telefonisch.
- Pro-actief opmaken en opvolgen van de gemaakte offertes
- Zorgen voor een goede communicatie tussen klant, magazijn en logistieke partner om leveringen in goede banen te leiden
- Je hebt commerciële skills, je herkent commerciële kansen en doet up-selling van orders of het voorstellen van nieuwe producten
- Proactief onderhouden van een goed klantencontact, het adviseren over juiste media
- en materiaalkeuzes bij zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten binnen Belux
- Administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning van de accountmanagers om het verkoopproces optimaal te ondersteunen.
- Het opvolgen van leads en klanten overtuigen tot een bestelling over te gaan en bijdragen aan het behalen van teamdoelstellingen

**Profiel**:

- Je bent een enthousiaste, gemotiveerde en overtuigende persoon die steeds hogere doelen wil bereiken
- Je bent klantgericht, werkt graag op resultaat en bent bovendien flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een talent voor organisatie en planning en kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
- Je hebt een vrolijke persoonlijkheid met empathie en respect voor iedereen.
- Je neemt initiatief en staat open voor een nieuwe aanpak.
- Je woont bij voorkeur in de buurt van Diegem.
- Je bent **perfect tweetalig (FR/NL)** en kan ook vlot communiceren in het Engels
- Je beheert MS-Office (Word en Excel)
- Enige kennis van SAP en ervaring binnen de wereld van supplies, papier en/of andere kantoorbenodigdheden is een troef
