We are looking for a **Pilot Plant Technician** (grade A) to join us in our organization based in **Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium**.

**About the role**:
As a Pilot Plant Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting UCB 's NCE in the Pilot Plant. Your work will directly impact the development and production of life-saving therapies.

**What you will do**:

- ** Operational Support**: Safely and efficiently support operations within the pilot plant, ensuring compliance with **GMP** guidelines and industry standards.
- ** Formulation Processing**: Collaborate with your scientific colleagues to schedule and execute formulation processing experiments. Document experimental procedures, record results, and develop comprehensive reports.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment, troubleshoot issues, and propose follow-up actions based on experiment outcomes.
- ** Safety and Quality**: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to quality control efforts.
- ** Collaboration**: Work effectively within a team, communicate across departments, and support process engineers.
- ** Planning**: Preparing the activity schedule for the Pilot Plant

**For this position you'll need the following **education, experience** and **skills**:

- Work experience
- Production or Pilot plant experience & knowledge on GMP -mínimal 5 years of experience
- Skills
- English / French - both average level (talking & writing)
- IT skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Writing (SOP & reports)
- Basic chemistry, mechanics, electricity & mathematics
- Experience with SAP
- Soft skills / Personality
- Accuracy: lab profile without necessarily being a lab technician
- Work independently.
- Proactive
- Flexible
- Able to work under time constraints

Nous recherchons un **technicien d'usine pilote** (grade A) pour nous rejoindre au sein de notre organisation basée à **Braine-l'Alleud, en Belgique**.

**A propos du poste**:
En tant que technicien d'usine pilote, vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique chargée de soutenir le développement des petites molécules d'UCB NCE pilot plant. Votre travail aura un impact direct sur le développement et la production de thérapies vitales.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Soutien opérationnel : Soutenir de manière sûre et efficace les opérations au sein de l'usine pilote, en veillant au respect des directives GMP et des normes industrielles.
- Traitement de la formulation : Collaborer avec vos collègues scientifiques pour programmer et exécuter des expériences de traitement des formulations. Vous documenterez les procédures expérimentales, enregistrerez les résultats, élaborerez des rapports Et proposer d'éventuelles améliorations tant au point de vue process que formulation
- Expertise technique : Exploiter et entretenir l'équipement de l'usine pilote, résoudre les problèmes et proposer des mesures de suivi en fonction des résultats de l'expérience.
- Sécurité et qualité : Respecter les protocoles de sécurité, maintenir une documentation précise et contribuer aux efforts de contrôle de la qualité.
- Collaboration : Travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe, communiquer avec les autres services et soutenir les ingénieurs des procédés.
- Planning : Etablir le planning des activités au sein du Pilot Plant

**Pour ce poste, vous aurez besoin de la formation, de l'expérience et des compétences suivantes**:

- Expérience professionnelle
- Expérience en production ou en usine pilote et connaissance des GMP - minimum 5 ans d'expérience
- Compétences
- Anglais / français - niveau moyen dans les deux cas (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
- Compétences informatiques (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Rédaction (SOP et rapports)
- Connaissances de base en chimie, mécanique, électricité et mathématiques
- Expérience avec SAP
- Compétences non techniques / Personnalité
- Précision : profil de laboratoire sans être nécessairement un technicien de laboratoire
- Travail indépendant.
- Proactif
- Flexible
- Capable de travailler sous les contraintes du temps
