**Managing Director - Partner**
- Functie_
- Je draagt **de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking** en ben je een aanspreekpunt voor alle afdelingshoofden die gevestigd zijn in regio Brussel en Lille.
- Je bewaakt en ontwikkelt de cultuur vanuit een sterk waardegedreven model.
- **Je vertaalt de visie en strategie** van de onderneming in een concrete bedrijfsvoering.
- Je bewaakt alle processen en toetst die af aan de gezonde principes van de bedrijfscultuur.
- **Je onderhoudt alle relaties met stakeholders** waaronder notarissen, administraties, beleidsmakers, bankiers, architecten,
- Je focus ligt op duurzame groei en het behalen van de beoogde winstmarges en NPS-scores.
- Je staat in voor **kwalitatieve communicatie naar de zaakvoerders.**:
- Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitwerking van een efficiënte CG-structuur en onze initiatieven op vlak van MVO.
- Profiel_
- Je hebt min. een masterdiploma (TEW, Handelsingenieur, Rechten,)
- Je hebt **enkele jaren managementervaring met eindverantwoordelijkheid.**:
- Je werkt efficiënt, kiest voor gezond verstand, daadkracht en besluitvaardigheid.
- **Je combineert strategische visie met aandacht en interesse voor de operationele business.**:
- Je denkt conceptueel mee vanuit jouw kritische denken, analytisch vermogen en procesmatig inzicht.
- Je zet verbeteringsinitiatieven op die positief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
- Je hebt **een bewezen trackrecord in het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een team.**:
- Je kan verandering uitdragen en mensen warm maken voor nieuwe initiatieven.
- Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio Brussel met flexibiliteit in verplaatsing naar het kantoor in Lille.
- Je bezoekt regelmatig projecten in binnen
- en buitenland.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands - Frans.
