We are looking for a Process Support Operator to join our Process Support team at our UCB campus in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the Position
As a member of the Process Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of cell culture and purification processes at the BioPilot. Your responsibilities will include tasks like sourcing consumables, preparing media and buffers, and overseeing production equipment.
Who You'll Collaborate With
You will work closely with the Process USP & DSP teams to maintain seamless operations at the BioPilot. Your contribution will be essential in upholding GMP and HSE standards while optimizing the overall process.
Responsibilities
- Organize work areas and set up equipment following GMP guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness in production areas and equipment.
- Handle the transportation of products between production zones and manage inventory.
- Assist in documenting batch records and conducting in-process controls.
- Perform IPC tests and calibrate equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Secondary diploma with prior experience in a similar role.
- Cefochim certification or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in biotechnological production and adherence to GMP standards.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong flexibility and adaptability.
- Comfort working in a dynamic and challenging setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
