Sur les projets qui nous sont confiés par les plus grands laboratoires pharmaceutiques mondiaux, vous êtes en charge pour tout ou partie du lot procédés biotechnologiques : Culture cellulaire /fermentation, chromatographies, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, inactivation, modification, ...

Rattaché(e) au responsable du département Process - Clean Utilities vous intégrez nos équipes projet interne en collaboration avec nos chefs de projet et nos ingénieurs des autres spécialités.

Depuis les phases de Conceptual Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design, suivi de la construction jusqu'à la réception de l'ouvrage, vous avez la responsabilité des études de conception et du suivi des lots procédés biotechnologiques.

Vos missions : La conception de procédés biotechnologiquesLa réalisation des notes de calcul, et le dimensionnement des équipementsLa réalisation des PIDLa rédaction des cahiers des charges (CCTP et spécifications )L'établissement du planning et l'estimation financière des lots, pendant les phases d'étudesLa consultation des fournisseursLe visa des études d'éxécution réalisées par les fournisseurs, et le suivi de la qualité d'exécution sur siteLe support aux tests FAT / SAT / QI / QO / QP réalisés par les fournisseursLe support aux opérations de réception (établissement des réservées, suivi de la levée et rédaction des différents PV) Votre profil :

De formation ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez acquis 7 années minimum d'expérience dans la conception de procédés biotechnologiques dans une société pharmaceutique, en ingénierie, en bureau d'études ou en tant qu'équipementier

Vous maîtrisez les process USP / DSP

Vous possedez des facilités de communication orale et écrite avec les clients

Vous êtes habitué.e à gérer la relation client

Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir

Vous maîtrisez sans difficulté l'anglais
