**aankoopdossiers, **waaronder een
**mobiliteitsproject, tot een goed einde te brengen. **Ben jij het talent dat wij nodig hebben?

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **aankopen** (software, hardware, uitbestede diensten, professionele diensten,...) en het **beheer** ervan in de organisatie.
- Je maakt deel uit van een **team** **inkoopprofessionals** en **rapporteert** rechtstreeks aa de inkoopcoördinator.
- Je beheert het **volledige inkoopproces**, van het bepalen van de oprationele behoeften tot het onderhandelen over en afsluiten van contracten met leveranciers, al dan niet in het kader van **overheidsopdrachten**.
- Je **ondersteunt** interne klanten bij hun aankoopprocessen en je helpt hen bij het bepalen van de **aankoopstrategie** voor hun behoeften.
- Je **beheert** relaties met **leveranciers**, niet alleen om te voldoen aan kwaliteitsnormen, leveringstermijnen en algemene voorwaarden, maar ook om ervoor te zorgen dat contracten altijd worden aangepast aan behoeften van het bedrijf.

**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:

- Je hebt minstens **vijf jaar ervaring** in **strategische aanbestedingen**.
- Je hebt minstens **3 jaar ervaring** met de aankoop van **mobiliteitsoplossingen** voor ondernemingen (wagenpark, fiets,...).
- Je bent vertrouwd met de gangbare **MS Office** programma's.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands** en **Frans**.
- Je hebt goede **onderhandelingsvaardigheden** en je bent vlot in de omgang met stakeholders.
- Je bent **klantgericht**, kunt goed luisteren en je goed aanpassen aan verschillende situaties.
- Je hebt een **analytische geest** en een **kritische houding**.
