Ihre Aufgaben bestehen aus:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erfassung und Nachverfolgung der Linienplanung;
- Sie prüfen und/oder korrigieren die Original-Frachtpapiere der Sendungen;
- Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Ladeplanungsanweisungen und geben diese an Ihre Kollegen im Lager weiter;
- Sie sind auch für die Überprüfung der Zolldokumente im System zuständig;
- Du bearbeitest und übergibst die notwendigen korrekten Dokumente an die Fahrer und versorgst sie mit den notwendigen Informationen;
- Der Umgang mit der Mailbox gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben.

Um diese Stelle erfolgreich zu besetzen, suchen wir jemanden mit:

- Bachelor Arbeits
- und Denkniveau;
- Affinität zur Logistik und erste Berufserfahrung sind von Vorteil;
- Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache, Französisch ist von Vorteil;
- Vertrautheit mit dem Office-Paket;
- Schliesslich machen administrative Fähigkeiten und Lernbereitschaft Sie zu einem idealen Kandidaten.
