Summary of Department Focus
Cognizant's AI and Analytics (AIA) practice focuses on all aspects of the value stream, delivering the benefits of data and analytics to its customers in the larger context of the Cognizant Digital Business.

We have extensive experience in retail, private banking and insurance sectors and leverage this knowledge to help clients redefine their business models.
An opportunity with many facets
Business Development
- The role is focused on developing digital strategies into the Cognizant flagship accounts with the Analytics portfolio to create growth. This means you will have to do handson consulting in developing blueprints to deliver value with data.
Trusted Advisor
- You are combining the solutions and consultants' function to act as trusted advisors and change agents for your customers in guiding them to capture the full value of their investments in data and analytics.
Customer Intimacy
You will be a master in two ways:
- Being able to translate the business requirements into future proof and efficient technical platforms and solutions.
- Interpreting external innovations, regulations, and developments, and identify their potential and/or impact on the business of their customers and their data and analytical strategy, organization and infrastructure.
In this position you will have the opportunity to present findings and share insights with multiple business leaders throughout the customer as well as the internal organization.
Furthermore, the position is required to become pivotal in building a Benelux AIA sales community, that future-proofs the success of the department.
and diverse areas of responsibility
AIA Business Development
- Design and develop futureready AI&A solutions for customers in the context of their digital strategy
- Demonstrate technical & business expertise in modern AI, (Advanced) analytics, Big data and associated technologies, data cloud platforms, data governance & quality
- Lead ideation, blueprint and implementation workshops and due diligence
- Be the customer expert on AIA innovations, trends, market developments, skills, and technologies.
AIA Sales Management
- Be a change agent and drive growth of revenue within all customer departments and teams on the AIA solutions.
- Lead and provide guidance for the specific account and growth plans regarding AIA solutions, making sure we meet business objectives, are future proof, and efficient.
- Provide advice on governance, organization and processes that make AIA successful within the context of the specific customer.
- Maintain, support, and enhance the Artificial Intelligence & Analytics customer strategy.
Your skills and experience
- Several years of experience delivering AIA solutions and platforms, covering large parts of the endtoend value chain of AIA
- Good knowledge and experience of Big Data, Traditional BI and Cloud Architectures
- You have demonstrated sales / consulting / architecture / solutions experience in one or more digital areas (Cloud, AI/ML, Analytics & IOT)
- You are selfmotivated, analytical, organized and pursue excellence on all tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into presentable format that would help answer hard questions with current generation analytical reporting.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. French will be an advantage.
