Marketing Project Coordinator

purpose of the position:
The Marketing Project Coordinator directly reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for coordinating the implementation of marketing actions based on best practices of project management (respecting the constraints of time and budget).
He/she works on marketing actions related to different main objectives: build Newpharma's brand awareness, improve customer recurrence and Newpharma's services.
He/she makes sure that there is a consistency in these marketing actions on the various communication channels and monitors their performance.
He/she follows-up the kpi's, measures them, analyzes the results and suggests solutions in order to optimize the success of theses actions.
Main responsibilities:
Operational execution of marketing actions
- He/she launches the marketing actions: defining targets, planning the necessary resources, defining the timing and the budget.
- He/she identifies the members of the team necessary to conduct actions properly.
- He/she organizes project kickoff meetings with all necessary team members.
- Thanks to his/her general marketing knowledge, he/she suggests new functionalities to improve the performance of each marketing action.
- Through effective communication, he/she ensures that both the budget and the deadline are respected.
- He/she regularly reports an update on the progress of the actions to the Marketing Manager.
- He/she prepares the tasks and the briefing for the developers & designers.
- In collaboration with the developers, he/she sets up the campaigns from a technical point of view.
- He identifies and anticipates potential difficulties that may have an impact on the project deliverable and offer solutions.
- Performance oriented, he/she optimizes and measures the impact of each campaign / project, learns lessons, informs colleagues.
- He/she collaborates with the data teams in order to obtain the results of the actions and projects.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- EDUCATION : BACHELOR OR MASTER DEGREE IN MARKETING
- Experience in project management
