Le Quality Administrator Officer est le garant de l'administration du département qualité afin de répondre aux attentes des clients.

Vos responsabilités:

- Vous participez à la mise en conformité des documents de référence aux exigences réglementaires pharmaceutique et à celles de la politique interne d'Assurance Qualité (QMS).
- Vous gérez la traçabilité, l'archivage des documents / procédures et vous participez à l'élaboration et l'enregistrement des changes requests.
- Vous intervenez de manière transversale ou directe avec les différents services internes dans le cadre de la gestion des documents et vous assurez un suivi dans le processus de validation et qualification des équipements, systèmes, (documentaire, révision, planning).
- Vous participez à la gestion des CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) et déviations.
- Vous participez à la préparation et à la formation des collaborateurs sur les aspects liés à la qualité. En assurant le suivi du planning de formation ainsi que leur mise à jour et l'archivage.
- Vous participez à l'implémentation, développement et suivi des KPIs ( mesure des performances, rapport des process qualités,..) liés au service de l'assurance qualité afin de pouvoir les remonter au management, aux collaborateurs tout en s'assurant que les requêtes contractuelles du client sont rencontrées. Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur de type graduat ou formation dans le domaine de la qualité en générale.
- Vous avez une première expérience ou un intérêt dans le domaine pharmaceutique, alimentaire, logistique (assurance qualité est un atout).
- Vous possédez une bonne capacité de discernement et d'analyse.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, bonne communication intra et inter départementale, rigoureux, persévérant et organisé.
- La connaissance des logiciels Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) est requise.
- Anglais parlé et écrit (niveau B1 minimum). La connaissance d'une langue supplémentaire est un atout.Notre client est un acteur incontournable du secteur de la logistique à l'échelle mondiale.
