If this sounds like you, we have an outstanding internship opportunity waiting for you in our Regulatory Affairs Department. This team is dedicated to ensuring product compliance and adherence to relevant regulations.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G'S SUCCESS:
- Support the management of regulatory activities required to secure all essential Authorizations for medical and non-medical products (such as medical devices, nutritional supplements, cosmetics) in the Benelux region.
- Contribute to shaping the regulatory strategy by providing local insights on new initiatives and ongoing activities.
- Precisely update the Corporate Database with product information and any external databases as needed.
- Assist in ensuring artwork compliance for the local P&G Health product range and promotional materials in line with local/EU regulatory standards.
- Gain experience in effectively engaging with the commercial team and collaborating closely with other Technical Functions, like Quality Assurance, through participation in internal audits, inspections, and ensuring up-to-date Corporate Change Control System.
Job Qualifications:
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
· Hold a degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent field
· Proficient in Dutch & English, both written and verbal.
· Enthusiasm for introducing new therapeutic solutions to the market, particularly in the realms of medicines, nutritional supplements, and medical devices.
· Interest in exploring the Regulatory Affairs (RA) domain, specifically as a Local RA, involving tailoring regional/global plans to BeNelux requirements, launching new products, maintaining existing ones, assisting the commercial team in designing and executing relevant consumer/Health Care Professional communications.
· Proven ability to quickly grasp knowledge of therapeutic categories, analyze scientific and clinical data, and effectively communicate this information in a business context.
· Strong leadership skills: a track record of successful change management, project leadership, and the ability to balance technical and commercial priorities.
· Excellent communication abilities.
· Strategic mindset: adept at identifying emerging issues and collaborating with business leaders. Experience in managing corporate crises and issue resolution is a plus.
· Collaboration skills: adept at functioning in a matrix organization with multiple partners and teams.
· Demonstrated efficiency in managing competing priorities.
· Self-motivated, versatile, and takes risks with accountability.
