Brussels (Hybrid way of working - 2 days per week in the office plus a "Work from Anywhere" policy)

You'll join the AR and Billing team where you'll be integral to us managing our billing and collection processes.
You'll report into Basile, you'll find he has a collaborative management style, for him trust is key in order to build a successful team with you in it.
About the role:
- You will manage and collect debts/ ensuring customers pay on time
- Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
- Responding to client inquiries
- Preparing & distributing statements and reports
- You'll manage the sales ledger and support month closure activities
- Liaising with customers and the sales team
About You
- You'll join us with around 3+ years experience in AR, billing & collection
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Economics OR equivalent by experience
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English. Having French or Dutch is a bonus
- Proficient in accounting and office software, we use Exact Online.
You're problem solver
- Solution focused
- You understand the SaaS business (Volume based invoicing, Tiered client billing, renewals etc.)
- Analytical and numeracy skills (MS Excel knowledge)
- Customer focus and commercial flair (you'll have plenty of interaction with our International client base)
- You're able to read a commercial contract and invoice it accordingly
