Robert Half is currently looking for an Accountants Receivable for a dynamic company located in Brussels.

Our client is active in the Legal Industry.

The responsibilities for this function as an Accountants Receivable are:

  • You do the daily reconciliation and bank transactions including preparing payments in Isabel;
  • You review the partner transaction accounts;
  • You coordinate and comply with local government reporting requirements (Intervat, BNB );
  • You control Chrome River expenses;
  • You review the lawyers fee notes;
  • You manage fixed assets depreciation;
  • You will support our Bratislava SSC with AP issues (VAT, invoices, vendors, allocations );
  • You will help with month / yearend close processes and tasks:
  • You provide Ad hoc analysis.
The required qualifications for the position as an Accountants Receivable are:

  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
  • You have very good skills in Excel and Isabel;
  • You are good with numbers and figures and you have an analytical awareness;
  • You have a great attention to detail;
  • You have a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices;
  • You have a Bachelor in accounting and a minimum of 3 years work experience;
  • You are proactive, organised, dynamic and accurate;
  • You are very flexible and are able to reach out to your colleagues;
  • You are a good communicator and a real teamplayer.
