Ce poste est fait pour toi ; un poste qui demande implication, passion et une parfaite orientation clients.Concrètement, nous cherchons notre nouveau collègue pour développer le projet CRM pour la vente, le marketing et le service client de Group S. Tu feras le lien en permanence entre les demandes/besoins business et le département IT avec lequel tu travailles sur base de la méthode Agile : prioritiser les User Story selon différents critères. Vous aurez la chance d'être un des membres clef du projet CRM.**Concrètement, en tant que TPO**:

- Tu élabores et prioritise le backlog du produit : pour cela, tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement pour déterminer les éléments les plus importants et les plus prioritaires à inclure.
- Tu rédiges les user stories : Le TPO doit traduire les besoins des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes en user stories claires et compréhensibles, car elles serviront de base pour l'équipe de développement. Tu es donc également en mesure de répondre aux question, clarifier les exigences et fournir des éclaircissements sur les fonctionnalités.
- Tu prioritises les fonctionnalités : tu prends des décisions éclairées pour prioriser les fonctionnalités à développer en fonction de la valeur commerciale, de la complexité technique, des contraintes de temps et des besoins des utilisateurs.
- Tu valides les fonctionnalités développées.
- Participer aux réunions pour maintenir la transparence, l'engagement et l'amélioration continue.

**Le profil dont nous avons besoin**:

- Tu es curieux et intéressé par les domaines dans lesquels s'intègrent ton ou tes projets.
- Tu maitrises les pratiques de gestion de produit : création et la gestion du backlog du produit, définition des user stories, priorisation des fonctionnalités, planification des sprints et communication avec les parties prenantes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication : La communication est essentielle pour un TPO. Il doit être capable de communiquer clairement et efficacement avec l'équipe de développement, les parties prenantes et les utilisateurs. Cela comprend la capacité à écouter activement, à exprimer ses idées de manière concise, à poser des questions pertinentes et à fournir des feedbacks constructifs.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions.
- Le rôle de TPO nécessite une grande adaptabilité et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement agile en constante évolution. Il faut être prêt à ajuster les priorités, à répondre aux changements et à collaborer de manière flexible avec l'équipe de développement pour fournir des résultats de qualité.
- Tu es un leader né : capable de motiver et inspirer l'équipe de développement, encourager la collaboration et favoriser un environnement propice à l'innovation et à la créativité.
- Tu es orienté solutions tu repères les problèmes, les défis et obstacles potentiels, et tu trouves des solutions appropriées grâce à ton esprit créatif. Tu peux aussi anticiper les problèmes.
- Vous avez également des connaissances ERP pour les aspects HR/Finances/reportings.

**Skills**:

- La connaissance d'outils de suivi de projet est un plus ; comme Jira.
- Tu maitrises les bonnes pratiques en matière de Project Management : Agile, Prince 2 afin d'aider et apporter des conseils aux Project Managers.
- Idéalement, tu as une connaissance Dynamics 365 Sales, marketing automation, customer service et business central ou d'une livraison de CRM en tant que TPO.
- La connaissance des plateformes data et powerbuilder est un plus.
- Tu as une forte capacité d'analyse et d'intégration et tu sais conceptualiser et traduire des problèmes en solutions concrètes.
- Tu recherches des solutions créatives et tu es orienté résultat.
- Tu es enthousiaste et contribue à un bon esprit d'équipe.
- Tu parles le néerlandais ou le français, et tu as une connaissance de l'autre langue suffisante pour travailler dans un environnement bilingue.
