Als **Compliance Conduct Risk Expert** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen, beheren en bewaken van de naleving van gedragsnormen en -richtlijnen binnen de financiële instelling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de activiteiten van de financiële instelling voldoen aan relevante wet
- en regelgeving en ethische normen. Je werkt binnen **verschilllende compliance domeinen; MiFID, ESG, GDPR, VRM, reclame -en publiciteit, marktmisbruik en voorkennis, ** om beleid en procedures te ontwikkelen en implementeren die de integriteit en reputatie van de financiële instelling beschermen.
**Wat wordt er van je verwacht?**
- Je volgt de relevante wet
- en regelgeving op en waarborg je dat de interne beleidslijnen, procedures en richtlijnen voor het hoofdkantoor en de agenten aanwezig zijn en tijdig bijgewerkt worden.
- Je Analyseert deze wet
- en regelgeving, bij tekortkomingen licht je samen met de compliance officer, het management in, en werk je actieplannen uit.
- Je volgt de de actieplannen op en rapporteer je hierover aan de compliance officer.
- Je sensibiliseert agenten, personeel en management om een correcte houding aan te nemen ten aanzien van de compliance domeinen en om procedures, wet
- en regelgeving minutieus op te volgen.
- Je volgt de implementatieprojecten van de wet
- en regelgeving op en je verstrekt adviezen over diverse voorstellen vanuit de operationele diensten.
- Je valideert productopleidingen en commerciële opleidingen voor beleggingen vanuit het standpunt van de compliance domeinen.
- Je valideert alle reclame en publiciteit voor beleggings
- en bankproducten.
- Je adviseert voorstellen voor nieuwe beleggingsproducten in de context van het product-goedkeuringsproces.
- Je adviseert de collega's die het monitoringsysteem om controles in te voeren of aan te passen op basis van jouw vaststellingen en analyses.
- Je vertegewoordigt de compliance functie in comités en werkgroepen en werk je mee aan de interne en externe compliance rapporteringen.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een **Masterdiploma** in Rechten of Economische wetenschappen.
- Je hebt meer dan **5 jaar ervaring binnen Compliance & Risk** en hebt diepgaande kennis over **Compliance Conduct**:
- Je bent analytisch en verantwoordelijk
- Je bent een collegiale teamspeler die goed zelfstandig kan werken
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het **Nederlands** en **Frans**.
