Procurement Support Officer

Hoofdtaak: administratieve ondersteuning van Procurement team.
- Opstellen en opvolgen van contracten
- Onboarding & risk management van leveranciers
- Voorbereiding vergaderingen en projecten (presentaties etc)
- Beheer mailbox van de dienst en online tool (Ivalua)
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor het IOC departement op corporate niveau
- Rapportering
Naast administratieve ondersteuning hbe je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je werkt procedures uit en volgt deze op. Je beheert, volgt op en beperkt de risico's voor Arval.
- Je bereidt de prestaties van de leveranciers en partners via KPI's voor en volgt deze actief op.
- Je fungeert als back-up voor je collega's.
- Je rapporteert aan de Procurement Manager
- Hoger diploma of gelijkwaardig door enige ervaring. Ervaring in de leasing of automotive is een pluspunt.
- Je bent eerlijk en hanteert een onberispelijke ethiek want je verzamelt en verwerkt vertrouwelijke gegevens.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in woord en geschrift in het Nederlands. Ook het Frans is je niet vreemd.
- Sterke vaardigheden als het gaat om tijdmanagement en multitasking. Opgelegde deadlines zijn geen struikelblok.
- Bekwaamheid in Microsoft Office ( gevorderde excel is een troef ) met aanleg om nieuwe software en systemen aan te leren.
- Je neemt graag initiatieven, bent leergierig, innovatief, punctueel, gestructureerd en goed georganiseerd.
- Je komt terecht op een team waar je samenwerkt met enthousiaste collega's die actief bijdrage aan een excellente customer journey.
- Een stabiele functie die je dagelijks voldoende variatie en uitdagingen biedt om het ook op lange termijn spannend te houden.
