Fine Food Meat est synonyme d'expertise et de passion pour la viande. En tant que Production Manager, votre équipe et vous jouez un rôle clef dans la qualité irréprochable que nous livrons dans les boucheries de nos magasins Un job passionnant, pour un vrai People Manager, aux résultats visibles dans nos rayons.
**Un avant-goût de vos tâches**:
Vous êtes responsable du planning de production à moyen terme. Vous concevez le plan d'action annuel que vous suivez et corrigez si nécessaire. En tant que production manager, vous monitorez également les plannings mensuels, hebdomadaires et quotidiens.
Vous coachez, développez et encadrez une équipe de 8 team leaders qui, à leur tour, dirigent une équipe d'une dizaine de bouchers et opérateurs. Pour ce faire, vous êtes attentif à l'évolution personnelle, l'expertise, au leaderschip et au développement de l'équipe. En tant que people manager, vous veillez à ce que les membres de votre équipe puissent pleinement réaliser leur mission de responsable.

Profil
Connaissance et expérience - Vous connaissez la viande, êtes passionné par le produit et pouvez justifier d'une expérience de 5 ans dans une fonction dirigeante dans un environnement opérationnel.
Leadership - Vous êtes une source de motivation. Vous connaissez l'importance du bien-être des gens au sein de l'atelier et savez tirer le meilleur de chacun. Un membre de votre équipe est en retrait? Vous savez comment le motiver de manière positive.
Persévérance - Vous aimez convertir les plans et les objectifs en actions concrètes. Vous prenez vos responsabilités dans l'atteinte de l'objectif final et appréciez d'atteindre le meilleur résultat possible dans les temps.
Compétences linguistiques - Vous communiquez clairement en néerlandais et en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
