Functieomschrijving Dit is het takenpakket van een Audit Administrator:
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van auditrapporten en andere relevante documenten
  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van vergaderingen, inclusief het notuleren en opvolgen van actiepunten
  • Je zorgt voor het agendabeheer van het management
  • Je staat in voor het opmaken van presentaties
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Audit Project Officer
  • Coördineren van de planning en voortgang van auditprojecten
  • Communiceren met klanten en interne stakeholders om benodigde informatie te verzamelen en te delen
Profiel Dit is het profiel van een Audit Administrator:
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor in een relevante studierichting (bijv. Bedrijfskunde, Finance, Accounting);
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving;
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels;
