Wat doen je als Product Specialist?
- Product en ondersteuning
Zoals gezegd is jouw uitgebreide productkennis een meerwaarde in het correct aanbieden van onze producten en services. Hiervoor neem je voor een groot deel zelf initiatief. Je kan samen met Product Management, Leveranciers, Center Of Expertisejouw kennis in de toegewezen productlijn vergroten.
Dit kan je inzetten om het team te ondersteunen en te begeleiden in de dagelijkse technisch-commerciële uitdagingen. Samen met het Product Management Team en de Teamleader kan je mee worden ingezet om de trainingsnoden van het team te vertalen in concrete modules en kan je dus optreden als trainer voor het Inside Sales Team.
- Commercieel
Je kan de complexere klantvragen omzetten in een juiste offerte afgestemd op de behoefte van de klant. Je neemt ook de grotere aanvragen of projecten eerst bij jou ter analyse en zorgt mee voor een eerste kwalificatie. Nadien kan je mee de commercialisering inzetten in het team en ondersteuning bieden. Je staat ook in nauw contact met onze leveranciers; zo kan je bvb. de juiste leverancier bepalen voor elke toepassing en product en bouw je met deze leveranciers een goede werkrelatie op.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Elk contact of het nu met de klant, leverancier of een intern contact is, alles wordt geregistreerd in ons centraal CRM systeem. Hier speelt de Product Specialist 2nd Line een belangrijke rol in. A.d.h.v. CRM ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen onze commerciële organisatie. Binnen CRM zal je zowel de complexere klantvragen behandelen, hulp inschakelen van mogelijks een leverancier, Product Manager of kan je autonoom onze Field Sales zeer gericht aan het werk zetten.
- Foutendiagnose
Het gebeurt dat er eens iets misgaat, dan is het jouw taak om de juiste analyse te maken en eventuele conclusies te trekken. Je kan dit zowel met de klant technisch-commercieel opnemen alsook intern de juiste stakeholders betrekken. Nadien wordt er verwacht dat je de juiste corrigerende acties kan uitzetten binnen de organisatie.
- Projectmanagement:
Info inwinnen bij klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders om een juiste inschatting te maken van de kosten en duurtijd. Binnen een vastgesteld projectmanagementplan de juiste stakeholders informeren, aansturen of raadplegen om de doelstellingen tijdig te behalen of bij te sturen.

Je kennis en vaardigheden
- Je hebt OF een eerdere ervaring in een producttechnische rol EN/OF een Bachelor diploma in een techische richting.
- Voor ons is het nog belangrijker dat je een echte teamplayer bent die zelfstandig en op een accurate, georganiseerde wijze te werk gaat om zo maximale resultaten te boeken.
