**Beschrijving**
Als domein business architect wordt je verantwoordelijk voor de functionele architectuur van één van de 7 tactische domeinen. Voor het je toegewezen domein werk je de verschillende business architectuur deliverables uit die jouw team en stakeholders een inzichtelijk beeld geven van de functionaliteiten, processen en informatieconcepten die binnen het domein beheerd worden. Samen met je klanten definieer je de zakelijke dienstverlening die je domein realiseert en ter beschikking stelt aan de organisatie.
Als
** domein business architect**werk je nauw samen met de domeinapplicatie-architect die jouw zakelijke architectuur levert vertaalt naar applicatiecomponenten, applicatiefuncties en applicatieservices. Ondanks de nadruk voor jou absoluut licht op de architectuur functioneel is enige kennis over het applicatieve niveau zeker een meerwaarde.
Als domein business architect sta je dicht bij de kennismedewerkers van de verschillende klantafdelingen. Je implementeert eenzelfde taalgebruik door zakelijke en IT-stakeholders en zorgt er tevens voor dat architecturale frameworks bekend en aanvaard worden. Samen met de Domein Portfolio Manager zorg je ervoor dat de architecturale deliverables worden opgenomen in het tactisch bestuur.
Als domein business architect ben je betrokken bij de voorbereidende voorbereiding van strategische veranderingen en zorg je voor de high level vormgeving van tactische veranderingen. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke functionele scoping van werpakketten die overhandigd worden naar projecten en/of productteams.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent een goede communicator: een groot deel van je tijd besteed aan communicatie, je neemt je klanten en belanghebbenden mee in het zakelijke architectuurverhaal en werkt samen met de juiste oplossingsrichting uit voor de specifieke problemen
- Je denkt van een complex materieel te structureren voor je belanghebbenden: de pensioenmaterie is een complex materieel, je durft jezelf een weg te banen door de vele details om op die manier geschikte conceptuele structuren te implementeren
- Je weet de onderschatting van de bijzaak te onderscheiden: als business architect bewaak je de grote functionele lijnen, in samenwerking met projectteams en productteams voel je aan wanneer je voet bij stuk dient te houden en wanneer niet
- Je bent een teamspeler: als business architect maak je deel uit van een tactisch team waarmee je je domein beheert. In het tactische team ligt jouw focus op het functioneel ontwikkelde, maar zal er met alle aspecten rekening worden gehouden bij de uitwerken van complexe problemen. Daarnaast zal je
- actieve deelnemers aan de community waarin je samen met je collega's business architecten rond methodologie en transversale vraagstukken afstemt
