We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our QORE department as an ERP / systems analysis & benchmark Intern at our Headquarters based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.


QORE (Quality for Operations, Reliability & Engineering) is a transversal department at N-SIDE with a mission to implement and support the technical (IT systems and tools) and methodological (use-cases analysis, processes and way-of-working, coaching) platform sustaining all N-SIDErs daily work and delivery activities.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system analysis. You will support N-SIDE tooling strategy by finding the right match between our users' needs and our ERP system.

What you'll do

  • Assist N-SIDE experts to gather all needs around our ERP system;
  • Organize and take notes during user interviews to see if the current ERP can fit those needs;
  • Schedule interviews and calls with potentiall suppliers;
  • Gather and present data on various ERP solutions;
  • Compute costs and ROIs.
