Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je staat mee in voor het voorbereiden en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits
- Je zorgt voor interne en externe klachtenbehandelingen
- Je staat in voor het onderhouden van het kwaliteitssysteem, waaronder het ontwikkelen en updaten van QA-documenten
- Je hebt geen problemen met periodieke hygiënerondgangen op de werkvloer
- Je zal kwaliteitsmanagementrapportages opstellen
- Je krijgt interne opleidingen van de operatoren om de voedselveiligheidscultuur verder te verbeteren
- Je doet staalnames en volgt monsternameplan op
Profiel
- Je kan een eerste korte ervaring met kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid voorleggen
- Relevante kennis van de geldende kwaliteitsnormen (IFS, ACS, BIO, Fairtrade, ...) is een pluspunt
- Je bent communicatief en bent goed in het motiveren en stimuleren van werknemers
- Je bent een expert in probleemoplossend denken, respecteert deadlines en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je bent administratief sterk onderbouwd
