Als **Solution Architect Integratie** maak je deel uit dit team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integratie-platformen en producten. Je werkt nauw samen met het product team om de levenscyclus en de waarde van de integratieproducten te maximaliseren.
Als solution architect ontwikkel en communiceer je een heldere technische visie op de integratiecapability's in lijn met lange termijn IT-strategie en dit in nauwe samenwerking met de enterprise architecten, heb je een leidende rol in de uitbouw van nieuwe integratie capability's, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe integratie vraagstukken, werk je technische en architecturale oplossingen uit voor de realisatie van de roadmap en volg je de technologie evoluties op de voet.
Je bent ook een coach voor je collega's en je wordt mede-verantwoordelijk voor de integratie services die we als shared service center bieden aan de development teams en externe partijen van het bedrijf met integratie noden.
**Wat je precies doet?**
- Je brengt samen met het product team, enterprise architectuur en de betrokken manager de juiste **klant
- en servicebehoeften** in kaart, die je vervolgens vertaalt naar solutions
- Je beschrijft **solutions, analyseert trade-offs** en maakt op een onderbouwde manier keuzes.
- Je definieert* functional and non-functional requirements*.
- Je bepaalt* technische standaarden *en draagt ze (mee) uit naar andere teams om ze te laten toepassen, maar ook om ze te evalueren en aan te passen.
- Je participeert actief in **Scaled Agile meetings**: PI planning, demos, sync meetings, Inspect & Adapt.
- Je participeert actief in **Exploration and Innovation**.
**Je bagage**
- Je behaalde een Masterdiploma of kan dit gelijkstellen door ervaring.
- Aanvullende opleidingen/cursussen in methodieken voor IT enterprise architectuur;
- Je hebt een brede business-ervaring in de financiële sector en/of IT-ervaring
- Minimum 8 jaar ervaring in het vakgebied.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een agile methodologie;
- Je bent sterk in communicatie en dat zowel in contact met management, IT teams en business teams;
- Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt een brede technologische kennis.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring in het vakgebied, dit zowel in een on premise als cloud omgeving.
- Enterprise centric integration (integratieplatformen, message queuing, managed file transfer)
- API centric integration (API management, API Gateway, API security).
