**Dans votre rôle de IT Expert Warehouse & Supply Chain sein de notre département DD&T ( Data, Digital & Technologies), vous co-créerez des solutions et stimulerez les résultats commerciaux avec les données, le numérique et les technologies de l'information en étroite collaboration avec les départements commerciaux (chaîne d'approvisionnement, fabrication/qualité) sur le site de Lessines. Ce rôle sera essentiel pour permettre au site de Lessines d'être à la pointe de la technologie et de l'innovation en tant que partie du réseau de fabrication de plasma chez Takeda.**:
**Dans votre rôle vous exploiterez le réseau mondial de collaboration DD&T, les plateformes et les produits pour faire progresser le site.**:
**Vous représenterez la fonction DD&T dans les projets axés sur les données, le numérique et les technologies. Le rôle pilotera des projets en interagissant avec les ressources et fournisseurs de projet internes et externes. Vous serez considéré€ comme un expert€ technique clé pour les solutions commerciales critiques DD&T déployées sur site.**:
**Comment vous contribuerez**:
- Vous êtes responsable de la qualité et de la livraison des systèmes et/ou des engagements de service dans les délais, en utilisant les ressources internes/externes assignées et en suivant les normes.
- Vous prenez en charge toutes les phases du début à la fin du projet.
- Vous aidez les partenaires commerciaux à identifier, comprendre et répondre aux opportunités d'innovation rentable et au respect des politiques de l'entreprise.
- Vous gérez les activités de toutes les ressources internes/externes sur les projets ou les livrables de service.
- Vous fournissez un niveau élevé de support fonctionnel/technique, au besoin, et effectuez une analyse des causes profondes des problèmes rencontrés dans le domaine de la responsabilité fonctionnelle/technique.
- Vous dirigez ou réalisez plusieurs projets concurrents de différentes tailles qui soutiennent plusieurs entreprises et/ou fonctions.
- Vous établissez des liens solides avec les SME (experts en la matière) commerciaux, recueillez les attentes, soutenez l'identification des solutions et dirigez le déploiement.
- Vous gérez les relations avec les fournisseurs, développez et mettez en œuvre des SLA (accords de niveau de service) avec l'entreprise.
- Vous encadrez et/ou dirigez d'autres personnes afin de stimuler l'innovation sur le site de Lessines en mettant l'accent sur les données, le numérique et les technologies.
- Vous promouvez la formation et l'éducation sur les données, le numérique et les technologies sur le site.
- Vous identifiez et mettez en œuvre des améliorations de processus sur les systèmes existants.
**Ce que vous apportez à Takeda**:
- Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe, avec de l'expérience en systèmes.
- 5 ans d'expérience ou plus en IT et/ou en données, digitalisation et technologies.
- Bonne connaissance/compréhension des principaux systèmes utilisés dans un environnement de fabrication : WMS (SAP EWM) et/ou ERP (JD Edwards ou SAP) et/ou WCS, Labware.
- Compétences analytiques, de communication, interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et de travail collaboratif sont requises. Capacité à communiquer avec différents représentants commerciaux et à garantir leur engagement.
- Connaissance des techniques opérationnelles Lean - de préférence.
- Connaissance du cycle de vie du développement des systèmes (cascade) et des méthodologies agiles (Scrum).
- Conscience de la gestion du changement réglementé GxP.
- Créativité dans la résolution de défis techniques.
- L'anglais et le français (oral et écrit) sont indispensables.
