Yonderland is een toonaangevende omnichannel outdoor retailer in Europa met de labels AS Adventure, Juttu en The North Face in België, Bever en The North Face in Nederland en Cotswold, Snow+Rock, The North Face en Runnersneed in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
- Yonderland heeft een centraal IT-team dat de drie business units in verschillende landen en tal van websites ondersteunt. Er wordt gewerkt aan een e-Commerce platform, interne shop applicatie, WMS integraties, digitale transformatie,...
- Door de continue groei van de Yonderland groep zijn we op zoek naar een Medior Java Back-end Developer.
- Als Java Back-end Developer maak je deel uit van ons website-ontwikkelingsteam, je bouwt op spring boot gebaseerde microservices die kunnen worden gebruikt door de website, CRM-applicatie en andere diensten. Op dit moment hebben we bijna 100 verschillende microservices. -services draaien allemaal in de AWS-cloud
- Uitvoeren van code & quality reviews van je collega developers.
- Teamwork is een kernwaarde in onze manier van werken. Nauwe communicatie met andere projectteamleden over de projectstatus, technische uitdagingen, enz. is de sleutel tot ons succes.

**Je uitrusting**

Vaardigheden die een voordeel betekenen voor de job:

- De kennis van Cloud Infrastructure zoals Serverless Functions, Queue, Managed DB/Cache Services/... op een van de toonaangevende cloud Infrastructure providers
- Kennis van het AWS platform.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar opkomende technologieën.
- Je bent in staat om in teamverband beslissingen te nemen en continue vooruitgang te boeken om de deliverables te behalen.
- Je neemt graag ownership: je bent hands-on, pragmatisch en een probleemoplosser.
- De nieuwste technieken op het gebied van softwareontwikkeling zoals continue integratie (Jenkins, bitbucket) en het Agile ontwikkel framework.
