**What you will do**

For our Business Unit Battery Recycling Solutions we are looking for a Lead Project Support Specialist who will be responsible for the Project Coordination team and all aspects related to the organizational flow of our BRS engineering team. In this opportunity you will be responsible for the following aspects:
**Teamlead Project Support**
- You will be fully responsible for the Project Administration & Support Team.
- Coordination with external project support resources and contractors.
- Coaching & recruitment of Project Administrators.
- SPOC for all non-technical inquiries from external and internal stakeholders.

**Procurement / Planning / Budget**
- Management of procurement files, shopping carts, PO’s, goods receipts, invoicing, tax issues
- Assistance of procurement list projects - Key account contact with P&T
- Budget creation, updating and follow-up of budget file.
- Cost control and project forecast & SPOC for the Business Controller
- Detailed Project Planning & Permits
- Follow-up and coaching together with Planner and EPCm contractor
- Planisware Champion - Planisware for Engineering (Project Management Tool)

**Project Quality Assurance**
- Responsible for Document Control Management
- Administrative and accounting set-up (WBS, SAP, (quarterly) reporting,)
- Project management procedures and processes (incl. PX management)
- Assist project team in deployment of support functions
- Communication plan support and expedite where needed.

**Administration & Miscellaneous**
- Preparing docs for coordination meeting and project review
- Manage the project folder access matrix and the project docs system
- Ensure the maintenance of project transmittals, archiving engineering deliverables and permitting docs on project servers
- Organise business trips and assist the team where needed
- Responsible for fixed assets, CAR insurance
- Support funding files and all things related.
- As a IT specialist you will manage the shared server, setting up Sharepoint, using Access, SAP SRM and SAP Ariba.

**We are looking for a colleague who**
- holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field.
- has a minimum of 5 and preferably 10 years of experience in engineering, business, quality assurance or equivalent.
- was previously in a managerial / teamlead role or has absolute managerial potential.
- excels in organizing and prioritizing while having a focused business point-of-view.
- is able to manage and communicate thoroughly in a matrix organisation.
- does have a good understanding of project management, engineering and the financial aspects.
- will be able to have a good understanding of legal norms and requirements.
- interprets all aspects taking in regard HSE requirements.
