**What you will be doing**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects in the broader IT Infrastructure domain.

We are not looking for any specific technical expertise, but rather an all-round, seasoned IT professional with experience in various aspects of IT infrastructure with strong project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, while maintaining excellent client relationships.

To achieve this, you will need to:

- be able to clearly define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT engineers, developers, and support staff, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and lead the change and communication aspects of the project towards business and IT stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- As part of post-project activities, you will oversee that the hand-over to support organization is assured.

Examples of project that may be assigned to you: Windows 11 migration project, migration towards Teams Voice, define scope and migration path of on premise server workloads towards Azure, define scope and migration path of terminal servers towards Azure Virtual desktop; drive implementation of corrective actions derived from ISMS audits, IT M&A and divestiture projects,

You are preferably based in Belgium (Hoboken.

Occasional international travel may be required (aprox. 2 times a year). Usually Asia, Europe or North America.

Your reporting line may vary depending on the project assigned to you, which may vary over time

**Who we are looking for**
- You possess a master's degree or bachelor degree in computer science or equal through experience.
- You do not need to be an IT technical expert in any specific IT Infrastructure domain, but need sufficient IT technical and infrastructure (network, server, security,) knowledge to quickly have an insight into a project and steps that may be required to achieve the set goals and who to involve, as well as to be able to challenge team members.
- You have at least 10 years' work experience as an IT Project Manager or IT manager.
- You have at least 5 years' work experience with project management. You know how to handle complex projects (time, scope, budget).
- You have analytical skills to understand the interaction between different technological components in IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- You have a very good command of English. Other languages, such as Dutch, are a plus.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus

You are a great teammate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, also towards senior management in a multicultural environment. You are a creative thinker in identifying, structuring and acting on opportunities. Understanding the financial impact of such opportunities is a plus; you are intellectually flexible and willing to discuss and challenge, and you have an open attitude to divergent opinions.

You are stress-resistant and able to manage tight deadlines.

You can work independently and have no issues not being a permanent part of a specific team
