**Over Precious Metals Refining**
In onze afdeling PMR (Precious Metals Refining) produceren we oplossingen op basis van basis
- en edelmetalen. De sleutel tot ons succes is innovatie. Wij zoeken steeds naar nieuwe werkwijzen en nieuwe ideeën om metalen duurzaam te produceren en te recycleren.

**Waarom deze functie**
Als engineeringsafdeling vinden wij het cruciaal dat we onze resources optimaal kunnen inzetten volgens de noden van de site en dat hun werk voldoet aan onze kwaliteitseisen. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar iemand die zich kan toeleggen op het beheer van onze portfolio maar ook onze projectmanagers kan begeleiden in het toepassen van best practices rond project management. Om ons werk consequent op een kwalitatief hoogstaande manier af te kunnen leveren, werken we volgens verschillende kernprocessen. Ook hier hebben we iemand nodig die deze processen kan beheren en kan helpen om deze toe te passen.
**Wat jij zal doen**
Als Project Excellence Manager ben je er binnen de afdeling voor verantwoordelijk dat er gewerkt wordt volgens goede project management methodieken. Je staat in voor het portofolio beheer van de afdeling en het beheer van de kwaliteitssystemen. Dit houdt in:
- Project management: Door te bepalen welk kennisniveau we verwachten van onze projectmanagers en wat er nodig is om dat te behalen, zorg je ervoor dat heel de afdeling volgens effectieve projectmanagement methodes kan werken. Hiertoe kan je onder andere het delen van best practices aanmoedigen, specifieke kennis borgen, opleidingen organiseren,Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit en ondersteunt de projectmanagers.
- Portfolio: Je volgt op dat de binnenkomende studio aanvragen kwalitatief zijn en dat hier de juiste prioriteit aan toegekend wordt. Je houdt overzicht over de nog te starten studies en kent deze toe ifv beschikbare resources. Je bereidt ook rapportages voor over de projectportfolio naar de verschillende stakeholders toe.
- Eigen projecten uitvoeren: om voeling te houden met de manier van projecten uitvoeren binnen de site, zal je ook zelf verschillende projecten managen.
- Kwaliteitsbeheer: In onze werking als engineeringsafdeling, volgen we een aantal kernprocessen zodat we steeds hetzelfde kwalitatieve resultaat kunnen neerzetten. Jij zal ervoor instaan om deze processen te beheren en evalueren, zodat deze bijgestuurd kunnen worden waar nodig. Daarnaast volg je op of deze processen goed toegepast worden en ondersteun je hierin. Met andere woorden: je monitort continu het kwaliteitsniveau van onze afdeling en stuurt bij waar er afgeweken wordt. Als leidraad hiervoor onderhoud je onze kwaliteitsdocumenten.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en gedreven collega die
- Een technisch masterdiploma heeft - of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- 5 - 8 jaar ervaring heeft in Project Management in een industriële en complexe context
- Een referentie is in best practice “Project Management”
- Kan abstract en in processen denken
- Kennis van Lean -> green belt is een plus
- Zelfstandig kan werken en prioriteiten kan bepalen
- Assertief, communicatief en resultaat gericht is
- Heel goede kennis van het Nederlands heeft (gesproken & geschreven)
