**Doelstelling**:
Als Projectmanager Technologie beheer je verschillende projecten gelijktijdig en volg je zowel de engineering (basis en detail) van je team, als de uitvoering en de opstart van je projecten op.

**Voornaamste taken**:

- beheren van de scope, het budget, de timing en de kwaliteit van je projecten;
- verantwoordelijk voor de projectlay-out, flow charts, input voor P&ID’s en ontwerp, waarbij de veiligheid van de installatie en het proces voorop staat, maar ook vereenvoudiging van de bediening (incl. ergonomie en automatisering) en onderhoud moet worden gewaarborgd, steeds met het oog op energie efficiëntie.
- Nauw samenwerken met de aankoopdienst voor de aankoop van alle componenten, apparaten en diensten
- Multidisciplinaire teams coördineren; Je werkt in een team met interne discipline experts en/of externe engineering bureaus.
- Overleggen en communiceren met alle interne stakeholders
- de werf en uitvoering van je project coördineren
- je organiseert de FAT, toesteltesten, watertesten en product testen en beheert de punchlist

**Profiel**:

- een masterdiploma als ingenieur, bij voorkeur met een mechanische, metallurgische of chemische achtergrond
- heeft ervaring met uitloging, kristallisatie, solventextractie en filtratietechnologieën is een sterke troef
- heeft de drive om je technische kennis te gebruiken om een installatie te ontwikkelen die robuust, veilig en schoon (= milieuvriendelijk) is
- heeft technische kennis en/of achtergrond om de technische documenten te interpreteren, chemische en mechanische kennis is een pluspunt.
- heeft een positieve instelling en is teamgericht
- heeft verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en initiatief om zelfstandig taken tot een succesvol eindstadium te brengen in al zijn fases
- is een snelle leerling met hands-on mentaliteit en veiligheid zit in je genen
- heeft schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie, kennis van het Nederlands is vereist
