For one of our client active in the industry Prosource is looking for a BI Analyst to join the Business & Data Intelligence Team.

This role is primarily centered around assisting our team in data provision and analysis, deploying innovative reporting tools, and offering initial support to our Power BI users. Collaboration with our Data Lead, team members, and various stakeholders will be essential to grasp business requirements and deliver data-driven insights effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct business (intelligence) analysis:

- Capture business requirements in a structured manner
- Extract data sources for your analysis
- Perform data quality checks to ensure the integrity of data used in reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to implement data quality and process improvement initiatives, as well as data governance

Data Requests:

- Serve as an expert to provide and analyze data (primarily in Excel and Power BI for now)
- Respond promptly and accurately to data requests
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Power BI end-user support:

- Provide first-line support to Power BI end-users and troubleshoot any issues. If issues are more technical, you will collaborate closely with our technical/development team to resolve them.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance Power BI proficiency among end-users.

**Criteria**:
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as data science, computer science, economics, or related disciplines
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence analysis
- Proven knowledge of SAP systems (preference for SAP Ariba, familiarity with SAP SRM is advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic skills in Power BI
