Het avontuur
Yonderland (de holding van: AS Adventure / JUTTU / Bever / Cotswold Outdoor / Snow+Rock / Runners Need) versterkt haar Group Finance team met een Financial and Reporting Analist.
De Financial and Reporting Analyst krijgt de kans om deel uit te maken van een ervaren Group Finance team bestaande uit 5 enthousiastelingen en zal een brede set vaardigheden kunnen ontwikkelen in het brede spectrum van Corporate Finance activiteiten, zoals corporate accounting, financiële rapportage en analyse, treasury, etc en dit op het hoofdkantoor van een internationale retailer, actief in het inspirerende Outdoor segment.
- Het eerste aanspreekpunt worden voor bepaalde boekhoudkundige/financiële aspecten van de juridische entiteiten van Yonderland (bv. kapitalisatie eigen ontwikkeling, beheer en herziening van bepaalde rekeningen en saldi,...), in samenwerking met het Accounts Payable-team.
- Een belangrijke en actieve rol spelen in het consolidatieproces (bv. toezicht op de afstemming tussen ondernemingen, groep X-toevoeging,...).
- De wekelijkse actuele tradingsinformatie en bedrijfscommentaren aan de relevante stakeholders bezorgen.
- Toezicht op het maandelijkse afsluitproces en ondersteuning van de dochterondernemingen van Yonderland bij het nauwkeurig en tijdig rapporteren van hun maandelijkse financiële pakketten.
- Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van de maandelijkse en driemaandelijkse financiële verslagen aan de stakeholders (raad van bestuur, uitvoerend comité,...).
- De back-up zijn voor de financieel controleur voor cash rapportage, prognoses en verwerking van betalingen.
- Follow-up na afloop van de maand met de rapporterende eenheden van alle problemen die voortvloeien uit het maandelijkse afsluitingsproces en actief werken aan verbeteringen en efficiëntie, samen met de consolidatiemanager.
- Actief bijdragen aan het vergroten van de rol van business partner Finance in de organisatie.
- Analyseren en interpreteren van commerciële, operationele en financiële gegevens in samenwerking met de leden van het Group Finance team.
- Assisteren bij het opstellen van BTW- en inkomstenbelastingaangiften en andere nalevingsrapportages.
- Uitvoering van ad-hocanalyses op verzoek van het management.
Profiel
Je uitrusting
- Een diploma in financiën of boekhouding.
- Twee tot vier jaar ervaring in een financiële rapportage/controlefunctie of in een accountantskantoor.
- Vlot in Engels.
- Ervaring met rapportage
- of consolidatiesystemen (bij voorkeur Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics en TM1) is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van GAAP-beginselen en consolidatiegrondslagen wordt zeer op prijs gesteld.
- Sterke Excel-vaardigheden zijn essentieel voor deze functie.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen.
- Sterke team

- Een nieuwsgierige geest hebben en over een goede dosis kritisch denken beschikken.
