Dit is jouw topjob
- Je bent actief lid van de architecture board.
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in een architectuurfunctie binnen IT.
- Je ontwerpt de oplossingen om de operationele normen en vereisten te ondersteunen. Je documenteert de oplossingen in referentiearchitecturen en introduceert ze bij de doelgroepen.
- Je stelt nieuwe of verbeterde operationele normen en vereisten voor.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de operationele normen en vereisten worden gevolgd binnen de verschillende domeinen zoals Monitoring & Automation, ITSM, Backup, de overdracht naar operations bij projecten.
- Je presenteert en verdedigt de operationele normen en vereisten op relevante bestuursvergaderingen en past je taal en presentatie aan de verschillende doelgroepen aan.
- Je evalueert toolingvereisten om de operationele normen en vereisten te ondersteunen en draagt als architect bij aan het opzetten en documenteren van de referentiearchitectuur.
Binnen de bestaande toolsuite vinden we bijv. SCOM, BigPanda, Logzio, IVANTI Heat ITSM, Control-M en APM/AppDynamics. - Je zorgt ervoor dat er verslag wordt uitgebracht over de dienstverlening.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat operationele teams op de juiste manier worden ingezet (1e lijn -> 2e lijn -> )
- Je communiceert graag met collega's, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je kan snel een succesvol samenwerkingsnetwerk uitbouwen.
- Je kan complexe oplossingen op een gestructureerde manier samenvatten en ze duidelijk voorstellen en verdedigen bij verschillende doelgroepen.
- Je bent gefascineerd door technologie en leert snel en gretig.
- Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in een Windows-omgeving:
- Als IT-architect.
- In het onderhouden en verbeteren van de operationele kwaliteit van IT-services.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in IT.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels.
