Het bedrijf:
Mignot & De Block is een Nederlands onafhankelijk familiebedrijf met het hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven en productielocaties in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Frankrijk. Het bedrijf produceert en verkoopt voornamelijk rokersbenodigdheden zoals vloei, filters en filterhulzen. Met meerdere eigen A-merken, waaronder _MASCOTTE_, en distributie in meer dan 90 landen is het bedrijf één van de grootste spelers in haar branche.
De functie:
Als business support ben je de intermediair tussen de klant en de binnen
- en buitendienst in de Benelux. Je helpt om de dagelijkse sales werkzaamheden en processen goed te laten verlopen en te optimaliseren.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Je bent de intermediair tussen de klant en binnen
- en buitendienst.
- Je helpt de Marketing en Sales Managers met het verzamelen van data voor analyses.
- Je verzamelt data voor de BeLux accounts en analyseert de cijfers van de sales representatives.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van vertegenwoordigers voor allerlei vragen (vragen met leveringen, ICT vragen, wagenpark, ) vooral collega's uit Nederland en soms Duitsland.
- Je volgt de credit collection op
- Je bereidt meetings voor als ondersteuning van sales managers en key accountmanagers
- Je hebt contacten met consumenten, beantwoord telefonische vragen en volg administratieve zaken op.
Profiel
- Je bent perfect tweetalig _Nederlands & Frans_, zowel mondeling als geschreven. Engels is een grote plus
- Je bent in staat _processen te analyseren en optimaliseren_;
- Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Je bent sociaal, empathisch en bent een peopleperson;
- Je gaat georganiseerd en gestructureerd te werk;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van _Excel, PPT_ en Word
- Je woont in de buurt van _Aalst_
