In samenwerking met de Belfius Innovation Community en een team van enterprise architecten bouw je mee aan de toekomst van Technology binnen Belfius. Met jouw 'Engineering and Innovation Mindset' zorg je voor de planning en realisatie van technologische proofs of concept voor bank en verzekeringen. Zo draag je bij aan het testen van innovatieve ideeën die zinvol zijn voor onze klanten door nieuwe technologieën zoals GenAI, Cloud & Data te integreren.

**De job in een notendop**
- Je analyseert nieuwe markttrends op technologisch gebied (technologietrends, concurrentie-intelligentie, enz.)
- In lijn met onze missie "We guide you from Vision to Realisation" draag je bij aan de langetermijnvisie en strategie voor diverse technologische onderwerpen en vertaal je deze naar een concreet innovatieprojectplan (Innovation Pipeline).
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de innovatieprojecten het innovatieproces en -kader volgen dat binnen de afdeling Technology is opgezet.
- Je plant en coördineert innovatieprojecten volgens de design thinking aanpak (behoefteanalyse, scope, ontwikkeling, testen, oplevering en documentatie). Daarnaast beheer je de inhoud van je projecten en werk je indien nodig mee aan analyses en besprekingen met externe partners.
- Je volgt projecten op doorheen de verschillende fases. Je garandeert een geplande aanpak, governance (timing, budget, middelen) en de kwaliteit van de proof of concept resultaten.
- Je helpt technology-collega's, business
- en marketingteams nieuwe technologieën te begrijpen en te beheersen om de adoptie ervan te faciliteren. Hiervoor kan je het Belfius Technology Innovation Lab als showcase gebruiken.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een zelfstandige straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning en pro-actieve mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- een Bachelor of Master Diploma bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering. (STEM)
- een ondernemersgeest en je vindt het leuk om innovatie in het bedrijf te stimuleren via initiatieven rond bedrijfscultuur (organisatie bezoeken aan het Technology Innovation lab, aanwezig zijn in Ted Talks-modus, enz.)
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; je past je communicatie gemakkelijk aan aan de veranderende context, aan je doelgroep en je staat open voor diversiteit.
- ervaring in het aansturen van stakeholders zoals ontwikkelteams, senior management en business stakeholders.
- je bent tweetalig NL/FR met een goede kennis van het Engels.

Je scoort extra met:

- ervaring op het gebied van change, transformatie en innovatiemanagement.
- een eerste succesvolle ervaring in Innovatieprojectmanagement.
- een kennisnetwerk in de wereld van Belgische startups/scale-ups.
